Your privacy is important to RevenYOU. RevenYOU you are your personal responsibility. After all, personal data tell everything about you. It is for RevenYOU Essential that your information is safe with it. Employees are bound by strict rules when handling information and our security standards are high. RevenYOU does not sell personal data to third parties.

Use of your personal data

RevenYOU processes personal data of all its customers and therefore also of you. RevenYOU needs your personal data for a variety of reasons. To accept you as a customer, but also to be able to offer products and services. You can think of your contact details, but also data about your income if necessary. For some legal obligations, RevenYOU must also monitor your transactions. If you are no longer a RevenYOU customer, RevenYOU will destroy your personal data after a certain period.

To attract new customers or promote new products or services, RevenYOU also processes personal data. This often concerns a limited type of data, such as contact details. If you are not yet a customer, RevenYOU processes a limited number of personal data from you to contact you within a reasonable time. RevenYOU requests your permission at that time.

View, change and improve personal data

RevenYOU likes to be transparent about what RevenYOU does with your personal data and finds it important that these are correct. You can therefore ask RevenYOU to view, change, supplement or improve personal data. If you do not want RevenYOU to process your personal data, you can object. It is your data, so you can also ask RevenYOU to transfer data to you. Providing personal data to third parties RevenYOU uses your personal data for its services. Sometimes RevenYOU provides your personal data to third parties. RevenYOU only does this if it is necessary to execute the agreement with you or to keep its business operations efficient. For example, RevenYOU cooperates with a party that, on behalf of RevenYOU, looks at how RevenYOU can improve the user-friendliness of the website and mobile applications. RevenYOU provides personal data to that third party to be able to do that. RevenYOU always tries to anonymize as much personal data as possible. RevenYOU ensures that your personal data is in good hands there as it is with her.

RevenYOU must also comply with legal obligations to provide information (including personal data). For example to a regulator or other public authority, such as the Tax Authorities. RevenYOU also sometimes has to provide personal data to foreign regulators or authorities.
