RevenYOU's General Data Protection Regulation

It is a top priority for RevenYOU to protect the private data of our customers, business partners and relations. We protect personal data and comply with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), enforced since May 25th, 2018. The GDPR is designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe and aims to protect all EU citizens from privacy and data breaches in today’s data-driven world.

Some of the key privacy and data protection requirements that RevenYOU adheres to, according to the GDPR, include:

  • Requiring the consent of subjects for data processing.
  • Anonymizing collected data to protect privacy.
  • Providing data breach notifications.
  • Safely handling the transfer of data across borders.

We store and process, in collaboration with our certified partners, the following personal data of the mobile application users:

  • First and last name, address information, birth date, copy of ID-document, bank details, trade history, and fiat/cryptocurrency transfer history.

By registering for our mobile trading application, the user agrees with the right for RevenYOU B.V. to store and process this information according to GDPR regulation.

According to the GDPR to which we comply, users are fully in control of their own personal data and have the right to opt out when desired. Users have the right to withdraw their consent for storage and processing of their personal data, and data history can be erased from RevenYOU’s record on the user’s request.

We are only allowed to hold & process user data that is crucial for the mobile application and financial transactions systems to function. Data access is only shared and processed by designated data protection officers and certified partners. RevenYOU is forced by law to share personal data with authorities in case such a request is made by law enforcement.
